6- Who will maintain my app once the app is complete and ready for handover step?
Once we reach the handover step, the app credentials are provided to the app owner. The app owner will need to maintain the app via the mobile app platform for updates, upgrades, modifications, and to maintain push notifications. The app owner is welcome to pursue our app maintenance via a 1-1 consultation.
7- Is customer service available 24/7?
Yes, you can submit a support ticket 24/7 to have your ticket logged and worked on in queue. However, a live representative will only be available during regular business hours.
Are all websites required to have a Privacy Policy?
Yes, but some websites are failing do so and can be fined. Businesses that do not have a Privacy Policy can be fined because many laws require website owners to explain their data handling practices.
Are there refunds for the add-on functionality?
No, all add-on services are nonrefundable.
Can I add a new website page as part of the management plan?
No, the website management service does not include creation of a new web page. If a new page is required reach Web Designs 4 Less at support@4lesswebdesigns.com
Can I pay for a Website Development Add-On if Web Designs 4 Less didn’t do the initial work?
Yes, you can still allow Web Designs 4 Less to do the Add-On service with also paying an additional $75 for Website Validation. We offer Add-ons for our customers that are undecided now or may want to upgrade later. But if other customers want their website upgraded or updated, we require additional payment to validate the previous development work.
Can I reserve a domain name with Web Designs 4 Less?
Yes, you can reserve your domain name by clicking on Domain Pricing and completing the domain registration.
Can I upgrade my plan once I get started?
Yes, we offer 2 website management plans and it is more than change plans
